Received a call from General Manager, Keith Jones on Jan 30, 2013.He stated that he was going to sue me for slander and defamation of character, explained that he was not the owner of GS to J Remodeling co.
Stated that he was having his lawyer send me a letter.I am awaiting his letter.

DO NOT do business with GS to J Remodeling Co., LLC DBA Stone Oak Superior Decks and More, located in Schertz, Texas 78154 at 509 Main Street. On September 12, 2012 I contacted the office (210-659-1325) and spoke with Megan, notifying her that we wished to cancel the contract. However, we would like to have the option to revisit this remodel contract later in the beginning of 2013. Megan confirmed with her manager Keith Jones that it would be ok to cancel contract via email, and the deposit of $500.00 would be refunded. Megan reminded me that it normally takes up to 10 business days to receive the refund of deposit.
On September 20, 2012, 4:18 P.M I called and spoke with Megan again to see if a refund had been issued. Megan stated that she relayed to request to her manager Keith Jones, he would be the one that would send the request to have a check printed out and mailed back to us. She stated “When Keith has an opportunity to send it he would”. I called again on September 27, 2012 and again Megan stated that when Keith had an opportunity to review the cancellation he would send the refund.
I called several times since then, asking to speak directly with Keith, and with Megan again stating that he wasn’t in the office and would again get a check to me when he had an opportunity. On Monday, October 15,2012 I was finally able to speak with Keith and he assured me that a check was going to be mailed out later that date and we can expect to see if by Thursday the latest (due to postal services). I called on Monday October 22, 2012 to notify them that we still yet have not received anything from them in the mail. Megan stated that she sent the letter on Friday October 19, 2012. I called back on Monday October 29, 2012 at 4:32 P.M. and again notified them that I still haven’t received a refund check. Megan stated that she would look into my issue; she stated that there had been some robberies from their outgoing mail and believed that my check was in that group of checks being mailed out.
The last time I called (11/8/2012) I still wasn’t able to get a straight answer as to if and when I would be getting my check back from them. I feel that I have been getting the run around with this company. I have yet to see my refunded deposit of $500.00. In addition, I did some of my own investigating and found that this was not the only time this company has done this to someone.
